Age Restriction

You must be aged 18 or older to buy alcohol. By placing an order with us online you are confirming you are aged 18 or older. It is an offence to sell alcohol to anyone under the age of 18.

If you are buying alcohol for someone else the recipient must also be aged 18 or older.

Deliveries must be signed for by a person aged 18 or older. If our couriers are in any doubt about the age of the recipient on delivery, they will request some form of ID. We reserve the right to cancel the delivery if the age and identity of the recipient is in doubt.

Cervezas Canarias collects customer personal data in order to deliver a smooth and safe service for customers. We collect data for the following reasons:

To be able to complete purchases (both for deliveries and through choice of payment).
When creating an account at
Through contact with our customer service team
Through analytics for a user-friendly experience.
This data may include your name, delivery and billing address, email address, contact numbers and specific purchase details.

We will never pass on, sell or swap your data for any purpose to third parties outside the company. Your data may be shared within the Cervezas Canarias. We are also working with consultants, but we do have an agreement which says that the personal data will be protected and handled securely. We are storing personal data maximum 60 months.

You have an ongoing issue with our customer service.
You have placed an order which has not yet been processed and shipped.

In order to keep your personal information safe, we take responsible precautions and follow the industry practices to make sure that your information is protected.

Personal data is not transferred to third parties apart from:

3. Newsletter

– If you want to make a reclaim a product, you must contact us by email or phone and notify us of why you do not accept the item and specify why you think the product is not correct.

– When and if we accept the reclaim we will send you a prepaid return note and further instructions. Make sure to notify Cervezas Canarias of any complaint within 3 days after recieving your order.


If you do not pick up your goods, we will charge you for delivery, return and storage costs. The cost of this is currently 25€. Uncollected items are not counted as cancellation of your purchase.


Our warehouse is located in Pozo Izquierdo, Gran Canaria.
Meaning all orders worldwide are shipped from the same warehouse in Pozo Izquierdo.
All international orders are shipped with SEUR. When shipping with SEUR, please note that the goods cannot be delivered to you without your signature and that couriers usually operate between 08.00-17.00 during business days.
You can specify an alternate daytime delivery address when placing your order, for example your work address.

Holiday Customers add as much delivery info you can in the order notes, please!

We only offer Free Shipping on Gran Canaria! 

But please note that all other shipping and returns is a cost for you as a customer.
